November sweet pea II

2019: I have a long-running fascination with delicate flowers that either bloom early or late in the season. It takes a particular hardiness and significant amount of courage to defy the seasons; yet these blooms always seem to possess an other-worldly kind of beauty, which is only enhanced by their scars. and these November sweet peas were a classic case, inspiring a series of four artworks. Ispiration for all those who feel they are living “outside of their time” or facing challenges.
