Looking Back At What We Had

A poignant composition as two deer look back at a landscape that is so rapidly changing and yet the view beyond them feels utterly timeless. Ethereal, more than a little but magical, certainly nostalgic and perhaps with a serious point to make. This is a digital artwork created in a great many layers, similar to when I work in oil paint, to capture depth, texture and a particular quality of light. Signed on the front.
