Helen White prints to paper and canvas now available

by Helen White in Art for sale

Something I’ve been asked fairly consistently for some time, by those who enjoy my work, is whether I make prints of my work available but, until recently, I had only ever offered reproductions of my pencil-work, assuming that it would be near impossible to reproduce my oil paintings to a standard that I was prepared to put my name to.  To be fair, I suspect my instinct was probably right and that reproductions would have been problematic in the days that impasto crept into my work far more than it currently does…but I recently ordered some Giclee prints of some of my more recent work and was so thrilled with the output that I am now adding the facility to directly order Giclee prints of my work to this website. Therefore, if there is a piece of work that you wish to purchase as a print, first look towards the top left corner of the appropriate webpage for the words ‘Giclee Print Available HERE’  – which will link you straight to my ‘shop’ if the print already exists. If not, please email me to arrange as I can now custom-create a Giclee print of any of my paintings, on demand and to the exact size that you require (within reason), and have it sent on its way to you in no time at all.

These signed Giclee prints of my original oil paintings are printed to archival standard Hahnemuhle Photo Rag 308gsm with vivid reproduction and very fine detail. They look wonderful mounted and framed under glass but are so close to the originals that they would even pass muster framed as oils. I’ve been really impressed with the printing service that I’ve sourced and, whilst these prints are custom produced on demand, they are also turned around super-quickly and can usually be sent on to you within a week of ordering. Here’s a few examples to put you in the picture – more images of prints can now be seen across this website.

Helen White canvas prints

As an update to this post, I am happy to announce that canvas prints of my entire back catalogue are now available.  These are produced to a very high standard: utilising fade-free archival standard printing (lasting 85 years without deterioration in colour vividness), hand-stretched onto heavy duty pine stretcher bars (made of pine from sustainable European sources) and using 380gsm tight-weave cotton canvas that creates an authentic result. The end results can be provided ready to hang unframed or in the same style of frame that I use for the originals, resulting in a canvas print that is both convincing and substantial. To order, please contact me for pricing and timescales since each piece is custom produced on demand.
